With this service, blind or physically handicapped patrons can apply for specialized books and readers from the Tennessee Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped. Books and magazines, including bestsellers in both fiction and nonfiction, children’s books, and any other type of book available from a public library, are available in recorded format, braille and large print. To apply for this service, simply talk to one of our clerks, who will direct you to either an application you can fill out and mail yourself or one of our in-house applications that we will submit for you.
