Veteran’s Day / Colonel Bryan Payne Celebration Brunch

We invite veterans to bring a loved one or friend to join us so that the Putnam County Library may recognize your service, and to celebrate Bryan Payne’s recent promotion to colonel. Biscuits and gravy will be provided by Jamie’s Eats and Sweets, and a screening of Sergeant York will close out the event.
