Mindfulness Meditation with Dr. Mohan Rao, Tennessee Tech

Meditation is the process of cleansing the subconscious mind of impurities. It acts as an energy shower that washes away negativity, stress, anxiety, and tiredness accumulated during the day. And it charges you with fresh positive energy, lightness, and peace. This watching from the outside is what brings peace, silence and bliss. This class will introduce the students to a meditation both from an intellectual and experiential perspective. Instructions will be provided. All are welcome, no prior meditation or yoga experience necessary. Chairs and mats provided.
