Cookbook Club – Mexican Dishes

Join us the second Wednesday of every month! To participate, simply find a cookbook at the library, choose a recipe, and prepare the dish for our monthly meeting. At our club meetings, we will each bring our dishes and books to discuss our method and ingredients versus the book’s recommendations. Then we dig in! Those who aren’t able to prepare a dish can still join us and try our dishes.
